Weight loss with veggieness?

For the last week, my wife has been sick as a dog.  Fever, earaches, sinus mess, and pretty much in bed.  That meant I didn’t get to go to the gym for a week.  This meant for the first days of being meatless, I wasn’t going to the gym.

This morning was my first day back and I was 200 even.  I haven’t been that in a while.  So I’m wondering how much weight loss is normal by not having meat in my diet.  I’m sure it will even out, but 5 pounds is my dream.  That’s all I need.
