Well, so far, I’ve only missed one day I was supposed to go. We had family come over on Friday, so I just didn’t have time. But, I did go Saturday morning. As of now, I’ve weighed in at 201 for 3 days. My first goal is getting under 200, then to 190.
I’d like to take a class at the gym, but a lot of the classes are led by women, even the muscle ones, so I wonder if it’s a class of mostly women. A lot of the classes I’ve seen have been that way. I wonder how women feel when there’s about 20 women and 1 or 2 men. Do they see us as perverts, or just guys trying to get into shape?
